Cadw's description

Occupying a splendid hillside location looking S to Kinnerton.

C19, possibly earlier origins.

Two storeys, painted rubble stone, hipped slate roof, 2 distinctive brick ridge stacks with diagonally-set triple shafts. Central door, modern, part-glazed, flat leaded canopy with cornice moulding and fluted consoles. Modern small-paned windows under cambered heads.

Included despite window alterations for its importance in the landscape and grouping with its C19 farm improvement outbuildings.
