Cadw's description

Above and set back from the road about 1 1/4 miles east of Llandrindod Wells. Garden to the front and lower farmyard to the rear.

Contemporary interior front rooms; cellar below retains articles from former dairy.

Later Georgian 2-storey 3-window rubble front, modern slate roof with wide eaves said to date from 1911. Higher roof to cross range with hipped end rising above the front roof. 16-pane sash windows with architraves and voussoirs to slightly cambered heads. Later projecting hipped roof porch with decorative ironwork supports and pedimented doorpiece within single storey rubble range adjoining to right with large slate roof and possibly earlier origins. Shingle covered left side and later cross range (said to date from 1880's) to rear with modern window.
