Forward to street with yard entry to right side.
History
C17 timber framed building, refronted in late Georgian period.
Exterior
2 storey and attic red brick frontage (vertical joint towards left end), projecting headers at eaves, band course and projecting plinth. Slate roof, ridge tiles, rendered centre gablet with bargeboards and arched window head (replaced by plain opening).
12-pane sash windows in plain reveals, cambered heads to ground floor left. Cantilevered 2-light bay over centre 6-panel door with plain pilasters and entablature. C19 double shop front with pilasters to right hand.
Original box-frame construction with brick infill exposed to gable ends. Higher original wing with brick stack to rear, narrow flush-set sashes in return elevation to left.
