About 1870.

3 storeys, 3 windows, red brick, painted free stone dressings, slate roof with eaves band.
Round headed windows with incised voussoirs to 1st floor, overall fascia with volute brackets to double shop front and linked 4-panel door to left. Narrow recessed and rendered bay over entry to far left.
