Cadw's description

Adjoining the Shire Hall and flanked by walled garden to left.

Early C19 classical frontage, earlier to rear.

3 storey 3 window stucco front with slender end pilasters. slate roof, moulded eaves, sash windows with glazing bars in plain reveals (dummy to top floor centre). Small splayed bays added to ground floor, centre 8-panel door up steps and under fine hood with elaborate volute brackets supporting open pediment etc.

Close studding visible in side wall to right, steep tiled roof with tall end stacks and white washed brick walls to rear.
