Main elevation faces onto approach into the College compound and is gabled with an advanced central bay, central door with altered window to right and central roundel above. Window to either side of the door, that to the right a replacement in similar style. Modern flat roof porch. 2 windows to College Street elevation, 3 to the college elevation the central a double window. Roof has bracketed overhanging eaves, decorative ridge tiles and finials.
