House. Two-storey, 2-window stucco front. Concrete tile roof. On first floor, 2 modern windows. On ground floor, to L, modern window imitating tripartite sash; round-headed doorway offset to R, plain stucco pilasters and moulded archivolt; semi-circular fanlight. Modern hardwood door.
