Location
Situated on the south side of Rhosgoch to Llandeilo Graban road at the west end of Rhosgoch village.
History
Probably C18? One of the last Radnorshire mills to keep working, though stopped in 1950's. Combined mill and millhouse.
Exterior
Two storeys, rubble stone, stone tile roof. Believed to retain all the machinery still. Iron over-shot wheel fed from pond, iron pit-wheel wallower, spur and crown wheel, wooden axle and upright shaft. Two pairs of French burr millstones. Interior not accessible (1993).
Reason for designation
An unusually well-preserved watermill with its machinery intact.
