Cadw's description
Location
Located 25m NW of Park Road, almost opposite its junction with Min-yr-afon.
History
Probably early C19. A bridge is shown, but not labelled, on the Ordnance Survey of 1874, carrying a footpath across the River Clwyd.
Exterior
Very narrow single-span bridge with flat deck. Constructed of large blocks of random stone; wide shallow segmental arch of stone voussoirs; flagstones to deck. There are no parapets due to the width of the bridge; plain iron railings are attached to the deck as handrails. No end piers, but retaining walls to river at right-angles, to SE, SW and NW.
Reason for designation
Listed as a little-altered purpose-built footbridge retaining good architectural character.
