Situated on the main commercial street which runs from south-east to north-west across Abergavenny.
History
Early/mid C19, probably c1830, with late C19 and late C20 shopfronts. Photographs show that these have not been altered above the ground floor since 1900.

Rear elevation not inspected.
Interior
Interior not seen at resurvey except that the ground floor has no visible historic features.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as a well preserved early/mid C19 paired frontage with good character that has strong group value with other historic buildings in the centre of Abergavenny.
