To N of minor road approximately 3.5 km NW of Llanfyllin centre.

Probably C18 house perhaps with earlier origins.

Single-storey plus attic. Timber framed front facing farm yard has three tiers of square panels; side and rear walls in rubble. End rectangular chimneys in brick, old slate roof; two gabled dormers with small-pane casement glazing. Entrance door offset to R, gabled porch. Broad window to L, square window to R, modern small-pane glazing. Single-storey modern in-line extension to R.
