History
Bears datestone with inscription "London 1855 House".
Exterior
Small house. Two storeys. Two window front facing W. Slate hipped roof with end chimneys. Rendered. Entrance faces W with central doorway, and 12-pane sash windows to each floor.
Reason for designation
Scarce example of small late Georgian style house retaining its character to notable degree.
