Early-to-mid C19. The pair were known as the Ferns and Tredburn in 1952.

No.4 with plain round-headed doorcase.

The pair have good interiors with staircase lobbies off side entrances. Ceiling cornices, panelled doors.

Pair of three-storey houses early-to-mid C19 houses retaining their Italianate detailing. Group Value with adjacent listed buildings.
