Location
Beside the main road approximately 400m ENE of Tremadog Market Square by the entrance to Tan y Marian, although originally giving access to fields.
History
A mid C19 bridge providing access to farmland from the main road, across a drainage ditch. The ditch is an integral component of the reclamation of Traeth Mawr in the early C19 by William Madocks. The bridge is shown on the 1871 Tremadog estate plan.
Exterior
A single-carriageway single-span bridge of blocks of rubble stone laid in regular courses. It has a segmental arch with voussoirs and simple drip mould. The parapet has been lowered on the road (N) side and has a cement coping. On the SE side it is splayed to a terminal square pier. On the SW side the parapet abuts an iron gate with square stone piers.

Reason for designation
Listed as a small bridge retaining C19 character, and indicative of the history of the reclamation of Traeth Mawr.
