Location
Situated to rear of the almshouses and fronting the Chippenham public park. Contiguous with the boundary railings &c to rear of the Police Station's garden.
History
1928 and contemporary with Henry Burton Court (qv).
Exterior
Dwarf red sandstone rubble wall carrying wrought iron spike railings with paired stanchions. In the centre is a gateway with plain ashlar capped piers and C18 style wrought iron double gates.
Reason for designation
Included for its special interest as part of a set of early C20 almshouses of definite character and an important historic building in the Monmouth town centre.
