History
Early C19 group which was probably all built together, but note the different windows on the upper floor at either end of the terrace.
Exterior
Built as an L-shape with 1 + 2 windows and with the entrance under a pent roof in the angle

Interior not seen at resurvey.
Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as a small early C19 terrace and as a part of the important group of historic buildings in the suburb of Overmonnow.
