An important residential street to the south of the town centre of Monmouth.

Early/mid C19 cottage pair.

Late C20 plastic windows in the form of 2 over 2 pane sashes.

Interior not seen at resurvey.

Included, notwithstanding modern windows, for its special architectural interest as one of a pair of early C19 houses of definite character with strong group value in Glendower Street.
