Cadw's description

Set alongside the W side of Ffordd Cwt Glas at the junction with Glanrhos

Probably early C19 terrace, marked on the tithe map of the parish, 1841, and recorded simply as house and garden.

Located at the L (N) end of the range, the house has the doorway offset to R (S).

The interior was not inspected at the time of the survey.

Listed as one of a group of five houses that form an exceptionally well preserved terrace, retaining virtually all its original detail.
