Opposite Ty-canol on the E side of the main street through Llanfilo.
History
Earlier C19 village house, restored and extended in C20.
Exterior
House, painted rubble stone with imitation slate roof and painted stone end stacks, with dripstones. Two storeys, three bays with broad horned sashes and centre door. Cambered heads to openings with tooled stone voussoirs and stone sills. Sixteen-pane ground floor sashes, 12-pane above. Renewed plank door. Right end wall has loft window to left.
C20 addition to left joined at obtuse angle.
Interior
Not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included for its special historic interest as a village house of late Georgian character.
