A mid C19 mile marker shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
Exterior
A freestone mile marker with segmental top, painted white with black lettering. It reads 'Rhayader 12 Miles' and 'Builth 1½'.

Listed for its special historic interest as one of a series of well-preserved milestones on the A470 between Llangurig and Builth Wells.
