On the W side of the road immediately S of a junction with a minor road to Coedgwgan Mill, approximately 0.8km N of the main road junction in Crossgates.
History
A C19 mile marker shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.
Exterior
A round-headed freestone mile marker. It is painted white with black-painted letters and is inscribed 'Builth 11 Miles' and 'Newtown 23'.

Listed for its special historic interest as one of a series of well-preserved milestones on the A483.
