Cadw's description

Set down on the E side of a minor road approximately 3.5km NW of Llanbadarn Fynydd, attached to L of Llaithddu Baptist Church.

C19 House.

House of rubble stone, the L half painted and rendered, with slate roof higher than chapel, a red-brick ridge stack and R end stack. The L half has a gabled porch with slate roof, rendered sides and trellis in the gable. The R half has C20 windows, of which the ground floor 3-light is in an original opening with cambered head and stone voussoirs. The upper window under eaves is probably in an enlarged or new opening. Small spearhead iron rails are attached to the L of the porch.

For group value with Llaithddu Baptist Church.
