Cadw's description

Situated in centre of village attached to S end of Falcon Inn.

House attached to the Falcon Inn and with similar roof and window detail. The inn is marked on 1844 Tithe map, but it is not clear whether this house is included with inn or not marked, if the latter then probably added c1850.

House attached to Falcon Inn to left. Painted stucco with slate roof, paired brackets to eaves, small stone right end stack and yellow brick left end stack. Two-storey, symmetrical 3-window range of 16-pane hornless sashes and centre door. Door is C20 but has original C19 overlight with rectilinear tracery. Slate sills. Fretted bargeboards to right end gable, C20 window each floor, and C20 rear addition.

Not inspected at time of survey.

Included as an early to mid C19 village house in late Georgian style, part of the village centre group with the Falcon Inn and the three houses opposite, retaining original small-paned windows.
