Location
Set back, within private grounds, from the N side of Lon Ganol, leading out of the village of Llandegfan; the barn lies ENE of the house.
History
Probably early C19, contemporary with the adjacent house for which it was built.
Exterior
Lofted threshing barn built of local rubble masonry with a roof of small slates and stone copings. The wide threshing doors have slightly cambered brick heads and are offset to R of the range; 3 ground and loft ventilation slits to L and 2 to R.
Interior
The interior was not inspected at the time of the survey.
Reason for designation
Included as a well-preserved threshing barn which forms a group with the adjacent house for which it was built.
