A labourer''''s cottage built in the early C19 and shown on the 1839 Tithe map.

A 2-storey 2-window cottage of rendered walls, slate roof and brick end stacks. In the lower storey the openings have exposed slate voussoirs. A central split boarded door is flanked by 4-pane horned sashes. The upper storey has similar but smaller windows. The L gable end has an added conservatory set back, and a single casement in the upper storey L of centre. The rear has an added stair light and an inserted small window upper L.

Converted into a single room.

Listed as a well-preserved early C19 labourer''''s cottage, a once common type that now rarely survives in the region.
