Cadw's description

On the street line adjoining the "Clock Factory" building, some 100m from the junction with Commercial Street.

Late Georgian, c1830. This was formerly the managers house for the adjoining woolen factory.

2 window, 4 storey and cellar. Flemish bond brick. Gently pitched slate roof, sawtooth eaves cornice, plain barge boards. Shallow upper sash to C19 third floor windows, shallow upper sash to 12 pane second floor sashes, 12 pane sashes to first floor. Large tripartite small paned sash to ground floor. Gauged brick voussoirs, plain reveals, stone sills. Timber lintel to cellar opening below. Good doorcase with simple capitals to fluted pilasters bearing prominent brackets with leaded dripboard. Octagonal panels to reveals and original door. Segmental semi-circular fan.
