Cadw's description

Set back from street behind railed garden, adjoining No 28.

Early C19 with later splayed bays.

Slate roof, hipped to right. Smooth render, with some scribing to imitate ashlar, moulded quoins. Roughcast to right side, rendered chimney.

Two storey, 3 window front. Centre gable with overhanging eaves and bracketed cornice. At first floor level, central Venetian window with surround of quoins moulded in render. Beneath this, doorway with pedimented doorcase and moulded quoins to sides. Six-panelled door, some panels now glazed. Splayed 2 storey bays to left and right with flat roofs and 4 pane horned sash windows.
