Forward to the street near the junction with Heol-y-Dwr, stepped up from the adjoining properties.
History
Probably later C18 with later alterations.
Exterior
2-storey broad 2-window coursed rubble front with plinth. Slate roof, skylight, boarded eaves and rubble end chimney stacks with weathercoursing and moulded caps. Voussoir lintels and keystones over 4-pane sash windows. Bracketed hood over central entrance with reeded pilasters, panelled reveals and carved entablature; 4-panel (half glazed) door. Blocked basement opening to right.
Casement attic window on left gable end was partially obscured when Brooke Cottage was added in later C19.
