Cadw's description

At the corner with Bridge Street, stepped down from the Cafe Royal; formerly the Black Swan PH.

Probably C17, modern alterations.

Single-storey and attic 2-window rubble front with plinth. Steep slate roof, overhanging eaves and pebbledash end chimney stack to right and brick stack to rear; pitched roof dormers with casement windows. Bracket hood over boarded door flanked by modern 9-pane windows. Pebbledash right side and similar lower cross range to rear along Bridge Street with small splayed bay window with cornice. Another lower range extends further to rear with small pane casement windows.
