Cadw's description

At the top of the street, stepped down from and adjoining the rear of the Kilvert Country Hotel.

2-storey, 2 window front to structure with C17 possibly timber-framed origins; pebbledash with plinth. Slate roof, overhanging eaves and higher cross range to right rear with rubble chimney stack. 2-small pane casement windows to 1st floor; central tripartite small pane sash below. Entrance to left with bracketed hood, broad grooved pilasters, panelled reveals and 4-panel door; blocked similar entrance to right with raised hood and horned small pane sash window.

Included for group value with the Kilvert Country Hotel and The Bear.
