History
A small earlier C19 two-storey house .
Exterior
A small two-storey house with passage through right hand ground floor bay. House with slate roof. Roughcasr walls. Hopper window of nine panes to left band on both first and ground floors. Doorway in passage. Path to passageway with stone flagged pavement.
Set back behind a small garden enclosed by C19 railings and gate with thin uprights rising alternately to different heights and with small spear-headed finials; posts at intervals.

Well-preserved early C19 house and railings with Group Value with adjacent listed buildings in The Watton.
