History
Group of early C19 houses forming the end of the block comprising Nos.1-14 The Watton.
Exterior
No.1 has two 12-pane horned sash windows on first floor, and similar window to R on ground floor. Doorway to L; doorcase with bracketed cornice; 6-panelled door with glazed upper panels.
Right return has 12-pane sash on upper floor, towards rear.
Reason for designation
One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group Value both with rest of group and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
