The row forms the NE side of Watergate, adjacent to chapel entrance.
History
Circa early C19 three storey row. Since listing in 1976, high-quality reinstatement of period details.
Exterior
On ground floor, No.4 has reproduction early C19 type shopfront with half-glazed door set between two small pane shop windows all enclosed between pilasters and with fascia and cornice.
Reason for designation
Good group of early C19 houses retaining character. Group value with adjacent houses in Watergate.
