On corner with lane leading to supermarket.

Probably early C19.

Shop with accommodation above. Stucco; slate roof. Front to Lion Street of 2 storeys, 2 windows first floor 4-pane sash windows set lower than in adjoining structure to SE. On ground floor, reproduction shopfront with central doorway in common casing of pilasters, fascia and cornice. Rounded corner in exposed stone. Left return elevation of roughly 5 bays; 4-pane sash windows; reproduction shopfronts. Further bay set back at rear.
