Opposite island block in High Street.
History
Probably mid C19.
Exterior
Shops with accommodation above. Three storey, 4 window front; stuccoed. Slate roof; overhanging eaves. Window openings have moulded architraves; 4-pane horned sash windows. On first floor, windows have low iron rails. On ground floor, continuous shop front, later C19 to early C20. Doorways at ends in common casing of continuous wood fascia and cornice; at left-hand end, doorway with fielded panelled reveals, fielded panelled door and deep plain rectangular fanlight.
Reason for designation
Mid Victorian building retaining almost all its character. Group Value with adjacent listed buildings in the historic centre of Brecon.
