Cadw's description
Location
Situated in a short terrace (Nos 32-8) towards E end of Front Street.
History
Included as one of the least altered of the Front Street houses, the first built in the town, from 1814. It would appear from the first leases that the first houses were in the second two blocks Nos 25 to 38, though the terrace Nos 1 to 24 is shown in 1817 Norris print.
Exterior
Circa 1814-15 terraced house, roughcast with slate roof and W end rendered stack. Two storeys, double-fronted with centre 6-panel door and 4-pane sashes, narrower to first floor.
Front garden wall has been rebuilt since 1981, rendered with flat coping.
