Cadw's description

Set back from, and above, road, almost exactly below entrance to Haulfre Gardens.

Probably early to mid C19.

Cottage of one storey and attic. Slate roof with flanking stacks. Pebble-dashed walls. Three two-light casements on first floor with small gables over. Each end bay on ground floor with a canted window with small pane glazing. Gabled wood porch with finial in centre; small pane sash window to R of porch.
