2 storey, 2 window house. Rubble masonry. Steeply pitched slate roof, bargeboards. Stone stack, slate water tabling.
l2 pane horned sash windows set under eaves, similar to ground floor left. Deep stone lintel. Doorway to right, rectangular fanlight over 4 panelled door.
No l adjoining has been modernised.
