Exterior
2+ storey, l window house. Rubble masonry. Moderately pitched slate roof, plain eaves, close verges. Stone stack, water tabling.
Gabled stone dormer to top storey, rubble cheeks. Close verges. Victorian sash window, stone lintel; possibly former doorway. Blocked window under eaves to right. Victorian sash window to lst floor left, stone lintel. Blocked window to right. Bipartite paired sashes to ground floor window, deep stone lintel. Doorway to right. Stone lintel, plank door.
House adjoining to right demolished.
