On the street line where Pont yr Arran curves round into Smithfield Square.

Early Cl9

3 storey, 3 window building. Coursed rubble masonry, curved to follow street line at left end. Gently pitched quarry slate roof, oversailing eaves project at corner of street and sweep up lower building adjoining to left stone stack, water tabling.
Two l6 pane sash windows to 2nd floor, stone lintels. Similar sash to left on lst floor, 2 modern small paned windows to right, stone lintels.
Modernised shopfront to ground floor. Plain fascia. 2 light shop windows doorway set to corner, modern door, further 2 light shop window to right.
