Opposite Tower Hotel and with Market Square to rear; detached.

Dated 1839; No 60 was formerly The Goat PH.

Pair of 3 storey, 3 window painted render fronts with small pane sashes, glazing bars removed to lower sashes of 62, 1st floor. Modern 2-window shop fronts, tile hung to No 62. Slate roofs with red brick chimney stacks; boarded eaves to No 60. Pebbledash and cement render right end with 6-panel door; scribed render left end with tiny small pane sash to gable and paired doorways to centre, one boarded, the other 8-panel with diamond panelled fanlight and timber columns. Cement render rear with mostly small pane sashes - 24-pane to No 62; lean-to at No 60 with boarded loft door.
