Cadw's description

Towards end of Wyddfid Road, near Ski Centre.

C18 to early C19. Alteration late C20.

One storey and attic with thick exposed stone rubble walls, slate roof with stone end chimneys. Front has small 12-pane sash window to each side of gabled porch in centre boarded door to house. Patch of front garden to each side of porch enclosed by low stone wall. At northern end, a single storey extension with slate roof.

Retained on list, despite alterations as rare survivor from Llandudno's agricultural past.
