Within the bottom terrace in the lower part of the street.
History
Early C19. Original list description (1975) refers to vestiges of pilaster round door.
Exterior
Terraced cottage, the upper end of the lowest group of 4; attached at upper end to a separate range with lower ridge line. Rendered and painted; Welsh slate roof, shared brick end stack. Two storeys, single window range, a 12-pane horizontal sliding sash with cambered head over a 12-pane double-hung sash with exposed frame; to left is 6-panelled door in bead-mould frame.
Interior
Interior reported as retaining tight spiral stair, original doors and gas light in kitchen.
Reason for designation
Listed as retaining its original early C19 design in the context of similar buildings which have been more extensively modified.
