Cadw's description

Set back from the pavement, at the bottom of the drive.

The house dates from 1830 with substantial additions c 1890.

Tall stone gatepiers, square in plan, with cornices, and inscription "The Gwentlands". Pair of iron gates with curved bracing and spear finials above mid rail and also at top rail level.

Listed for group value with the house.
