Situated opposite entrance to County Showground.
History
Former Withybush estate home farm, early C19, marked on 1st edition OS map as Park Farm.
Exterior
House, whitewashed rubble stone with hipped imitation slate roof, nogged brick eaves and renewed brick end stacks. Long 2-storey, 5-window front with hornless 12-pane sashes and brick heads. Centre 6-panel door, 4 glazed, in C20 glazed porch. Blocked window with lower head right of door.
Interior
Not inspected.
Reason for designation
Included as a late-Georgian style estate farmhouse of unusual architectural scale.
