Cadw's description

Just off a lay-by at the beginning of the drive to Ciliauwen on the W side of the A40 some 2km N of Letterston.

Mid C19 estate lodge to Ciliauwen.

Lodge, roughcast with slate hipped eaves roof and centre brick ridge stack. One storey, double fronted with 6-panel door between casement pair windows each with painted slate hoodmould. Similar window on left end wall. Windows are replaced in plastic. Door is in added gabled porch with thin walls of concrete and metal roof with cut valancing. Lean-to additions on left end and rear.

Not inspected.

Included as a small C19 estate lodge, of group value with the wall and gate.
