Location
On the SW side of Lower Frog Street approximately 60m from the junction with St George's Street.
History
C19 terraced cottage, with late C19 detail, apparently built later than lower adjoining houses, left wall overlaps wall of No 1 Lydstep Buildings.
Exterior
Terraced house, painted stucco front to street with close-eaved imitation slate roof. Two storeys and attic, one-window range. Big gabled dormer with casement pair. First floor right canted oriel window with 2-4-2-pane glazing, fixed to front, moulded cornice and hipped roof. Chamfered base. Ground floor horned tripartite 2-4-2-pane sash, under oriel, in moulded surround. Basement grill in front. Doorway to left, against party wall of No 1 Lydstep Buildings, with keystone and moulded strip cornice. Recessed 4-panel door with overlight.
Reason for designation
Included as part of the terraced row of smaller houses on this side of Lower Frog Street.
