Location
Situated running parallel to the drive from the edge of the stream N of The Lodge, under the modern re-routed drive E of the church to end just before the park wall.
History
Probably early C19 ha-ha, forming a barrier between the field to the NE and the strip of woodland following the drive to the SW.
Exterior
Rubble stone retaining wall to ha-ha. Approximately 1.5m high.
Reason for designation
Included as a landscape feature associated with the important early C19 grounds at Penpont.
