Cadw's description

Part of development on corner with Mostyn Street.

Later C19. Part of same development as 96-100 Mostyn Street.

No 4 & 6 are one premise, No 4 is 3 storeys, with 4 windows at first floor level, and 2 dormers with hipped slate roofs. No 6 is 2 storey, with 10 first floor windows, 2 box dormers and one large box dormer. Verandah and shopfront run across full width of Nos 4 & 6. Verandah on elaborate shaped columns with gables in front of shop doorways. The early C20 shopfront has Art Deco detailing; No 4 has doorway set back between angled display windows; No 6 two doorways set deeply back in lobbies formed by convex windows to each side.

Group of commercial premises on key site in planned resort. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
