Cadw's description

Near corner with Church Walks, attached to 10 Church Walks.

Probably dates from later 1850s.

Three storey, 2-window house. Stucco, slate roof. Top floor has 2 small-pane sash windows. First floor has tripartite sash windows. On ground floor, to L, splayed bay window with sash glazing; to R, round-headed doorway with modern door.

Included as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings in important street in planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Mostyn Street.
